As you probably can tell, that isn’t one of the nicer parts of town..
That particular block has been derilict for at least 3 years; there was water pouring from the 5th(ish) floor for most of that time.
It will be interesting to see what gets built (or not) on that land when the blocks have gone (there are quite a few nearby also being knocked down).
